Kevin deFreitas is a native of San Diego. He began his collegiate studies at the University of San Diego, ultimately graduating cum laud with a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Arizona in 1982.
Kevin is a licensed architect. His interest in smart growth principals, sustainable design and emerging building techno.ogies led to the formation of a second company Sebastian+deFreitaas Inc. which specializes in self-developing residential urban in-fill projects. This multifaceted approach has allowed Kevin to build projects that wouldn’t have happened any other way.
While thoroughly integrating sustainable and green building techiniques and technologies which have yet to be embraced by the traditional development model.
